Ryunabe launches its 2nd branch in Bangkok, Thailand

Ryunabe Bangkok is a boutique style restaurant serves fresh Japanese sashimi and seafood, with a
hybrid of Cantonese hotpot style. Choose from the hearty tom yum seafood stew, 3.7 Hokkaido milk
base or the Chinese traditional dried fish maw with chicken soup; all the signature no MSG homemade
soup broths are all cooked for 36+ hours to perfection, served with best quality Wagyu beef, Spanish
Iberico pork, traditional dumplings, meatballs and more.
Located at Sathorn Road, among the most prestigious hotels (W Bangkok, Ritz Carlton, Bantyan Tree
Hotel, etc) of Bangkok, competing with the eye catching high rise buildings and gleaming corporate
offices. With 40 seating, the design reflects a modern ambience of a Japanese bistro, a distinct hand-
painted Mountain Yōtei on the main wall evokes the spirit and vibrancy of Hokkaido, the origin of
Ryunabe.
Beautiful use of timbers, a seafood station and an open kitchen design allows guests to see how the
food is prepared. The seafood station provides scrumptious varieties of imported oysters, prawns, crabs,
scallops, sea urchin and more. Ryunabe’s menu is complemented by an exceptional beverage bar, offers
a sophisticated collection of hand-picked Japanese whiskeys, fine sakes and fresh juices.

OUR HOMEMADE SOUP BASE

Soup Base is the soul of hotpot. Our homemade soup base is slowly brewed with a variety of carefully selected ingredients for a minimum of 36 hours with no artificial additives. It serves to nourish your yin energy and replenish moisture, striking a balance between taste and healthiness

JAPANESE WAGYU BEEF

We serve the most premium parts of Japanese black Wagyu – the shoulder tenderloin, the short rib and the flank. The succulent meats are all perfectly marbled with a deliciously tender texture which melts in your mouth.

SPANISH IBERICO PORK

We choose to use premium Spanish Iberico for our pork shoulder meat. It comprixes of the perfect balance of meat and fat delivering juiciness and all other hidden flavours.
